Incorporating all of Radnor Oak’s trademark signatures; a traditionally jointed green oak frame with substantial framing timbers and knee braces, heavy duty ancillary framing components and Radnor Oak’s concealed weatherproofing system.
The versatile upper floor of The Brampton has been used as home offices, ancillary accommodation, a yoga studio and a photography studio. Choose between roof lights and dormers to light the loft.
As The Brampton is over 4m you will require planning permission, we advise that you speak to your local authority for further information. Radnor Oak can supply planning drawings for a small fee (refundable when an order is placed for that building).
